Chia Overnight Oats
Easy to prepare, healthy breakfast, that is ready as soon as you wake up!
1. Use a Mason jar or a bowl with a cover.
2. Add oatmeal, chia seeds, greek yogurt and maple syrup.
3. Add milk.
4. If you are using a mason jar cover tightly and shake to mix contents. If using a bowl stir until mixture is evenly combined.
5. Cover and regrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
